Minerva Primary School has a planned admission number of 25 places. We have a total of 6 classes and our current Year 4 and Year 5 cohort share a classroom with a total of 32 children. Years 4/5 (1 class) are at full capacity based on health and safety guidance as well as ensuring quality provision for all chidlren. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to admit any children to these year groups at this time.

If your require a place for a child who is due to start school next September, you need to apply through the Somerset Council website: Apply to start school for the first time (somerset.gov.uk). The closing date for starting school applications is 15 January.
To apply for a place in our Early Years Centre, please phone 01823 337051 and, when prompted, dial extension 2756 for the nursery. Visits are warmly welcomed and again can be booked by phoning the nursery.
